 Biography
Dorothy Emerson is a UU minister, educator, and author. In addition to her 20 plus years of service as a parish and community minister, she served for two years as Interim Associate Minister in charge of religious education in a mid-sized church. Her books include Standing Before Us: Unitarian Universalist Women and Social Reform 1776-1936 and Glorious Women: Award-Winning Sermons about Women. She is currently coordinating the Margaret Fuller Bicentennial, which includes development of educational materials for use in congregational and community settings.
