Biography

Debbie Berkana is a Life Coach and facilitator of Compassionate Communication (CC) classes and parenting groups. She parents two sons and works for an expeditionary learning charter school. Debbie loves supporting children and families.

Debbie is excited to offer a curriculum, co-authored with Veronica, that meets needs for peace, understanding, skill-building, and fun!


Veronica Lassen was a Compassionate Communication trainer who enjoyed working with families, children, teens, businesses, churches, and governmental agencies. She was a Life Coach and mother to two daughters. Veronica passed away in March 2010 and is dearly missed.
